Tai Chi is a traditional Chinese form of exercise. It is commonly practiced by a huge number of people, first thing in the morning. Tai Chi is a combination of aerobic exercise, stretching, and stress relaxation. While practicing, the participant will often dress in colorful clothing, and utilize a sword or colored fans. While many elderly people can be seen practicing Tai Chi, it is not exclusive to the geriatric set.
Tai Chi groups can be found all over the world. It has gained in popularity in recent years.
