Beef and Vegetable Stir Fry Recipe
Description: This is a nice stir fry, that is fairly simple and easy
to make. It uses a package of frozen Asian vegetables, so you don't have
to go through the time and expense of buying and prepping several veggies
for just one recipe.
Ingredients:

1 pound frozen, cleaned and cut up Asian Vegetables Mix

3/4 pound sirloin steak
-
1 cup water
-
1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
-
3 Tablespoons vegetable oil.

3/4 cup stir fry sauce.

1 teaspoon sesame seed oil.
-
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Directions:

Blanch vegetables in boiling, salted water for 2 -3 minutes,
until crisp-tender.

Drain and set aside.

Trim fat and gristle off the sirloin.

Cut sirloin int 1/4 inch strips, cutting across the grain.

Place beef in a bowl

Add cornstarch and cup of water.

With your hands, work thoroughly into the beef, until it is absorbed.

Drizzle 2 Tablespoons of vegetable oil into a wok, distributing evenly.

Heat until oil just begins to smoke.

Add beef and stir fry 3-4 minutes. Add sauce to coat.

Remove beef and sauce from pan. Set aside.

Add remaining vegetable oil to pan. Add vegetables and stir fry 1 minute.

Return beef with sauce to wok.

Toss to heat through, about a minute.

Sit in sesame oil and soy sauce.

Serve hot with white rice on the side.
